This was not the first renovation that Leatherstocking Federal Credit Union undertook in this large retail branch, but it was the first time they partnered with PWCampbell, which would prove gratifying.

Expertly navigating an occupied renovation of the 4,000 sq.ft. existing building, along with a 300 sq.ft. addition, we were able to transform a look that was choppy and fragmented from prior renovations into a beautiful, cohesive branch, without compromising the structure of the building.
This meticulously planned and designed renovation also allowed the Credit Union to experiment with in-branch technology. Adding in a Solutions Center to educate members on the Credit Union’s offerings and provide instructions on how to use the Credit Union’s online tools was a much-appreciated upgrade. Conference room technology allows for effective and smooth virtual meetings to keep up with current trends.
