When COPFCU wanted to move to open a new location to serve more members in Hamilton County it needed a partner that could bring spectacular aesthetics and effective functionality to the branch customer and staff experience.

COPFCU chose PWCampbell to create a stunning butterfly roof over a community-focused interior that includes offices, transaction area, waiting/consultation area, and training/community room. Additionally, the unique roof covers an exterior seating/gathering area overlooking lush landscaping.
The design and excellent member and staff experience helped COPFCU grow its membership and determined to add an additional location in the county.
