Lockport FCU was housed in a small building on a large piece of property. With only one multi-purpose office, a teller desk, and no drive-up, the Credit Union desperately needed space, but they liked the location and didn’t want to move.

After careful consideration, they partnered with us and decided to take a chance on a complete change in size and structure. But it was important to Lockport that this larger facility not have a commercial look and feel. They wanted something warm and inviting. To meet this expectation, we incorporated a stone and siding façade with arched windows on the exterior.
Adding wood elements and beams throughout the interior reflects the Adirondack look of the region, further enhancing the homelike feel of their new building. With a new, high-end conference room, additional office, a teller area, and drive-up, their new facility offers the perfect blend of size, function, and ambiance.
