A main office is the key touchpoint for a credit union’s brand. Falls Catholic Credit Union knew an update was needed as their main office was aging and the layout didn’t meet the needs of the members or staff.

PWCampbell was engaged to completely reimagine the office based on the needed functionality, member experience, and updates both aesthetic and technological. The lobby and back office space were completely remodeled, creating a brighter, more welcoming environment with upgraded technology, private offices for personal conversations, and an improved workspace for the team to serve the credit union’s members.
