Recently we welcomed team members from Virginia to New Hampshire as we held our 2023 annual meeting, celebrating our achievements from 2022 and discussing our goals for the upcoming year.
The meeting kicked off with an introduction from Principal Erin Campbell, followed by presentations from all divisions, including Design & Construction, Branded Environments, Technology Solutions, and our custom residential division, Phillip Wentzel Custom Homes.
The presentations concluded with an in-depth look at our success from 2022 and what’s on the horizon in 2023, given by our President & CEO, Jim Caliendo, who then hosted an engaging Owners Panel to give our employees a look at the future of the company.
But it wasn’t all business. After the presentations, we broke into smaller groups to work together using a variety of miscellaneous props to create one-minute skits that we then shared with our peers to laughter and applause.
As always, the annual meeting wasn’t only an opportunity to review the prior year and discuss the future, it was also a chance for our employees to connect and network with each other. For the remainder of the afternoon, we caught up with colleagues and friends both old and new.
