EXCEL 26, the New York Credit Union Association’s Annual Meeting & Convention, brings together credit union professionals and industry partners from across the state for several days of education, networking, and forward-thinking discussion.
PWCampbell will be part of this year’s program, contributing both thought leadership and industry expertise. Glenn Grau, Chief Business Development Officer, will be speaking during a breakout session titled “Beyond the Teller Line: Designing the Next-Gen Bank Experience” on Friday, June 12th from 2:15–3:15 p.m. in Broadway Ballroom 2. The session will explore how evolving member expectations, emerging technologies, and strategic branch design are reshaping the future of the in-branch experience for credit unions.
In addition, Carlin Campbell, Principal & CEO, and Matt Ricigliano, Regional Vice President, will be on hand throughout the event to share their wealth of experience and discuss how integrated design-build strategies can help credit unions create more engaging, efficient, and adaptable environments. Whether credit Unions are modernizing existing spaces, rethinking member experience, or planning for future growth, the PWCampbell team looks forward to connecting and sharing ideas with attendees.
