Accountability:  Scott works through Part 1 contract deliverables with Preconstruction and Design teams, providing clients with Good Faith Estimates that give an upfront outline of the project costs.  As Project Executive, Scott manages a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers throughout the construction phase ensuring total client satisfaction.

“I couldn’t decide between architecture or engineering after high school.  I ultimately chose the engineering & construction management path.  Having the opportunity to work with the designers at concept through punch walk with the construction team is extremely thrilling, knowing that I have a part in the entire experience.”
