July 6, 2022 – Pittsburgh, PA – PWCampbell is pleased to announce that Joe Cerar has joined our Construction team as Vice President, Estimating, bringing more than 20 years of construction, and estimating experience to the company.
Following in the footsteps of his dad who is a mason, Joe learned the trade at an early age. He began working as a masonry laborer throughout middle school and high school and eventually became a union laborer for Harris Masonry. In addition to masonry work, Joe is also equipped with valuable field, accounting, and estimating experience.
As Vice President, Estimating, Joe’s primary responsibilities will include estimating project costs by working closely with engineers and architects; enhancing the subcontractor bidding process to ensure the best value for clients; and staying current on all materials and labor rates for optimal pricing
Joe lives in Canonsburg, PA with his fiancé, Patti.
