Pittsburgh, PA (August 21, 2019) – PWCampbell, a fourth-generation retail services and design/build firm, renovated two new spaces that spark creative thinking at its Pittsburgh headquarters – the Innovation Hub and the IDEAS Room.
The Innovation Hub, once a basic meeting room, was reimagined as a dynamic digital technology showplace complete with video wall, plus digital merchandising and interactive media displays. The Innovation Hub lets clients explore firsthand PWCampell’s customized digital signage and technology solutions that have helped hundreds of financial institutions nationwide build their brands at the retail level.
“This inspiring space provides a unique setting where clients can see and touch the technology options that can be used to customize their own branch or operations areas,” said James Caliendo, PWCampbell’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Over the last several years, PWCampbell’s digital expertise has helped banks and credit unions expand their brands beyond traditional marketing to include digital screens, educational kiosks, video walls, iPads and self-service touch screens.
“The Innovation Hub also puts the most up-to-date resources at our employees’ fingertips,” added Caliendo. “And it’s a canvas that allows us to reinforce our own brand with everyone who enters our building. We encourage all of our clients to visit so that they can discover in person how technology integration will work in the retail space.”
PWCampbell’s second new inspirational space is the IDEAS (Interior Design Environment And Studio) Room, a collaborative environment where designers and clients select finishing touches together. Sleek and minimalist, the IDEAS Room houses thousands of samples of interior materials and fabric in styles, colors and textures to suit every taste.
“As a client-centered organization, we’re always exploring new ways to enhance their visit experiences throughout the project lifecycle,” stated Caliendo. “The IDEAS Room is a welcoming spot where clients can participate in the creative process alongside our talented interior designers. It’s important to solicit their input every step of the way.”
