When UVA Community Credit Union was looking to build a new retail branch in the Crozet, VA area, we were already very familiar with their selected site.

After designing a facility for another institution that decided not to build on this site in Crozet, our experts negotiated the transfer of the existing site, along with the architectural drawings, to the Credit Union. By using the existing exterior our preconstruction specialists were able to move the permitting and approval process along quickly. We updated the interiors to reflect a modern feel and cascaded UVA Community Credit Union’s brand throughout the branch. We completed a detailed technology usage analysis, giving the Credit Union the confidence to roll out ITMs in the branch, further driving the updated, contemporary look.
