The Savings Bank has a long-standing presence in the downtown, historic district of Circleville, OH so when they were looking to build a new main office/operations center, it was important that they maintained their local presence and remained a pillar of the community.

With the support of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio, The Savings Bank chose us as their partner, in a highly competitive design-build arena. With a keen eye on prototype elements, we designed a modernized main office that became the brand design for all future branches.
