Reliance Bank

Project
Reliance Bank is committed to investing in its hometown. Headquartered in a building in Altoona’s business district since 1953, the bank needed to find a space that reinforced its commitment to its home city while promoting greater collaboration and efficiency.

The new space is in a redeveloped downtown building called “The Mill,” which previously served an industrial purpose. PWCampbell was tasked with combining the new with the old—capitalizing on the space’s open floor plan and preserving wooden beams and original brick walls. After careful space planning to ensure functional adjacency and collaborative workspaces, the new space was constructed for Reliance. The result is a beautiful, appropriate design that reflects the bank’s heritage and its continued evolution in serving its customers and community.

Client Testimonial

“Working with PWCampbell was an excellent experience. They were excellent with project management, nailed our vision with the first drawing, and stood behind everything they said they would do. When issues came up, they took responsibility and handled the entire project. They were always available, met with us weekly, and made the process seamless. The finished branch truly reflects who we are—something our employees are proud to be part of and our customers are proud to visit. It’s helped with retention, recruitment, and reinforces our image as a forward-thinking community bank.”
