Altoona F1rst Savings Bank is a community bank committed to serving customers in central Pennsylvania. Their main office was showing age (originally built in 1940) and not efficient to meet the needs of the bank. PWCampbell was enlisted to transform the ageing building and create better functionality to improve customer and staff experience.

PWCampbell developed a plan with Altoona F1rst to phase renovations of the main office to minimize disruption for customers and staff. The renovation was extensive, completely reimagining the exterior design, improving the branch zones and flow, and reconfiguring the back office areas of the building. The result is an updated look that communicates Altoona F1rst’s mission and brand. The improved functionality created flexibility for future needs and growth.
