PWCampbell understands the value of maintaining community relationships already established by your institution. We believe that this is critical to the overall success of a project and shows your ongoing community involvement. We will work with you to utilize contractors in your area. Through our process, we are able to use many more local subcontractors involved in our client’s projects than a general contractor.
PWCampbell’s onsite Superintendents are among the most tenured in the industry, averaging 25 years of construction experience and 17 years average employment with PWCampbell. The individuals are onsite five days a week while any type of work is being performed. They ensure job safety, quality, and adherence to schedule. They are available to our clients to answer questions, provide advice, and assure you are getting the product promised to you by our design staff.
A Project Manager will be assigned to coordinate the bidding and building aspects of your project and are onsite at least every 10 days. PWCampbell’s Project Managers communicate with our clients on an almost daily basis.
On-Site Job Meetings
Throughout the entire process, PWCampbell will work with your Building Committee and Management Team to ensure complete satisfaction. Once your project has begun, our Project Manager and Superintendent will schedule bi-weekly construction meetings. You are invited and encouraged to attend as many meetings as possible. All information discussed will be documented, and updated meeting minutes will be distributed to all attendees, your Building Committee, Management Team, and Senior Managers at PWCampbell.
PWCampbell’s next client is most likely to be a past client. We believe this is because unlike other contractors PWCampbell does not leave loose ends. At the end of construction PWCampbell’s senior management team will perform evaluations to ensure that everything promised was delivered.

LEED Certification Management
