Susan joined PWCampbell in 2005 with more than ten years of experience working in benefits and human resource and benefits management. Susan is responsible for employee recruiting, hiring, training, career planning, safety, and payroll. She ensures that all employees adhere to PWCampbell’s commitment to job quality and total client satisfaction. Susan also manages and continually strives to improve the company’s benefit packages, allowing PWCampbell to recruit and retain exceptional employees. Susan is the facilitator of PWCampbell’s employee “Bus” Theory and works diligently to ensure that we maintain a company culture conducive to employee job satisfaction and a good work/life balance.
