Senior Vice President, Preconstruction
Joe joined PWCampbell in 2000 as a Project Manager, bringing with him more than nine years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on retail construction. Joe steadily advanced and developed his design/build knowledge through management positions in Estimating and Site Development, Preconstruction and Design to his current position of Senior Vice President, Preconstruction. Joe is a member of the company’s Planning Committee.
In this role, Joe manages the preconstruction, between design and construction, by coordinating client project programming with the architecture department, organizing land development activities, overseeing site feasibility evaluations, and coordinating and delivering conceptual, schematic and final budgets.
