Director, Residential Preconstruction
Dante joined PWCampbell in 2009 as a Superintendent. After much success in that position, he was quickly promoted to Project Manager in 2010, and was named Senior Project Manager in 2014. PWCampbell then promoted Dante to Director of Residential Construction where he was responsible for building the department’s team and overall structure.
Today, Dante specializes in Sales and Preconstruction for our residential and commercial divisions. His projects cover anything from customized high-end, single-family homes to inner city redevelopment projects to general commercial projects in the Pittsburgh area. He is responsible for uncovering opportunities and to assure total client satisfaction during the Sales and Preconstruction stages of our projects.
Dante’s goal is to set the client’s expectations of the project from the first conversation. “To me, taking the client’s dreams and applying it to a piece of paper and then to a valuable piece of real estate is the most important component of every project. Completing that project on time and within budget, while doing so with a professional attitude, ensures all smiles for the client, the subcontractors, and PWCampbell.”
Something that few people know about Dante? He’s a licensed pyrotechnic.
