Stephanie J. Mayger
After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Stephanie began her career as construction superintendent. This enabled her to gain field experience and a better understanding of the day-to-day activities associated with commercial building projects. After several years, Stephanie began working for a design/build firm which provided her with the knowledge to budget a project from the conceptual phase to the construction phase. As a result, this experience has brought her up-to-date on modern construction practices and she is able to budget all 44 divisions and propose a comprehensive budget throughout the design of every project.
At PWCampbell, Stephanie gathers historic cost related data on all projects and uses this information to create preliminary, design development and contract document estimates for our clients to guarantee that their projects stay within their budget. “Being as accurate as possible, and being the very best at my job is what motivates me every single day. It’s my goal to ensure that our clients are never surprised by the final cost of a project. When our client is happy, only then am I happy. I’m very proud to be part of the PWCampbell Team, and not only because we’re so well respected in our industry. But also because of the charitable work that we do as a group. There are few things more rewarding than working with my wonderful coworkers to make a difference in our community.”
