Joe joined PWCampbell in 2000 as a Project Manager, bringing with him more than nine years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on retail construction. Joe’s construction knowledge gave him a solid foundation when he moved into the role of Site Development and Estimating Manager in 2003. He then used his continually developing design/build knowledge to advance into a position as a Preconstruction Representative in 2007, to Vice President and Director of Studio 109 Designs, LLC in 2008, to his current position of Senior Vice President, Preconstruction Services in 2016.

In this role, Joe manages the preconstruction and estimating departments, coordinates client project programming with the architecture department, manages all land development activities, oversees site feasibility evaluations, as well as, all conceptual, schematic and final budgets.
