Glenn W. Grau

Senior Vice President, Sales

Glenn joined PWCampbell in 2000 with over 10 years of experience in alternative investment products, bank management, business development, public relations, human resources, sales, and marketing.  Because of his vast experience in the financial services industry, he is able to develop relationships with the management teams of financial institutions to relate to the daily issues that our clients face.  His banking experience, education, real estate license, extensive knowledge of demographics and site analysis serve to enhance PWCampbell’s service offerings.

As Senior Vice President, Sales, Glenn covers the territories of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland.  He works with our clients and prospects from the very first meeting, through program and design development, and into post construction to ensure quality and client satisfaction.  He also manages our team of Regional Vice Presidents.  His successes and leadership provide our sales team the ability to develop their territories and make PWCampbell the known premier Design/Build firm.  Furthermore, Glenn serves as a member of the company’s Planning Committee.

“Repeat business is the best compliment we can receive. I’ve personally handled one client who has partnered with PWCampbell for over 30 years and 14 projects, with more in the works.  That’s relationship building at its best.  If I make our clients and PWCampbell proud of every project we take on, then I’ve done my job.”

Favorite quote:  “Design is a funny word. Some people think design means how it looks. But of course, if you dig deeper, it’s really how it works.”  ~Steve Jobs~
